Oscars 2023: anunciadas as shortlists em 10 categorias

Foram conhecidos os finalistas para Longa-metragem Documental, Curta-metragem Documental, Longa-metragem Internacional, Maquilhagem e Cabelo, Banda Sonora Original, Canção Original, Curta-metragem de Animação, Curta-metragem em Imagem Real, Som e Efeitos Visuais.

A triagem foi feita pelos elementos de cada um dos respetivos ramos da academia norte-americana, excepto na categoria de melhor filme internacional, onde a votação foi alargada a todos os membros.

Da seleção fazem parte três filmes portugueses. "Ice Merchants", de João Gonzalez, e "Homem do Lixo", de Laura Gonçalves, na categoria de Melhor Curta-metragem de Animação; e "O Lobo Solitário", de Filipe Melo, na categoria de Melhor Curta-metragem em Imagem Real.

O anúncio dos nomeados terá lugar a 24 de janeiro de 2023.

A gala de entrega dos dos Óscares está agendada para 12 de março de 2023.
