"Vingadores: Endgame" foi o grande vencedor dos MTV Movie & TV Awards 2019

A cidade de Santa Mónica, na Califórnia, foi palco da 28ª edição dos MTV Movie & TV Awards 2019, numa noite de celebração da cultura pop que pretende aproximar as indústrias do cinema, televisão e streaming, premiando as melhores atuações, independentemente do ecrã, estilo ou género.

"Avengers: Endgame" foi o grande vencedor da noite, tendo arrecadado três dos quatro prémios para os quais estava nomeado. Destaque também para os filmes "A Star is Born" e "To All The Boys I've loved Before", com dois prémios cada. Na televisão, o grande vencedor na categoria de Best Show foi a aclamada série "Game Of Thrones".

A 28ª edição dos "MTV Movie & TV Awards 2019" homenageou ainda Dwayne Johnson, conhecido por The Rock, com o Generation Award, que distingue os atores que mais contribuem para enriquecer a indústria do cinema e da televisão.

O papel de anfitrião coube a Zachary Levi, protagonista da comédia "Shazam!", também ela nomeada para duas categorias da cerimónia.
