Critics Choice Awards: "West Side Story" e "Belfast" entre os mais nomeados

"West Side Story", de Steven Spielberg, e "Belfast", de Kenneth Brannagh são os filmes mais nomeados para os Critics Choice Awards. Tanto a nova versão do musical, como o conto de infância na Irlanda do Norte receberam 11 nomeações.

"Duna", de Denis Villeneuve e "The Power of the Dog", de Jane Campion, foram contemplados com 10 nomeações. Na contagem seguem-se "Licorice Pizza", de Paul Thomas Anderson, e "Nightmare Alley", de Guillermo del Toro  com oito cada.

Os prémios promovidos pela Critics Choice Association congregam perto de 500 críticos e jornalistas da área do entretenimento nos EUA e Canadá.

Os vencedores serão conhecidos a 9 de janeiro, numa gala apresentada por Taye Diggs e Nicole Byer que terá lugar no Fairmont Century Plaza, em Los Angeles.
